Dear Mr.President

Dear Mr. President,
First of all sir, I would like to congratulate you, as new proclaimed President of the Republic of the Philippines.
I am very much confident and I believe that you are not just like the previous president of our country who are corrupting the government's funds.
As far as I am concern sir, I know that our country now is facing a very big problem about education. Many children are not going to school because of poverty, that's why I'm asking you to please give those children a scholarships, so that they can gain more knowledge and have a better future.
I hope that my wish would be granted. I'm also hoping that you'll be a better president than the previous ones who keeps promising to the public but never put their promise into reality.
I am looking forward for a better change and progress for our country, the Philippines. Thank you sir and congratulations.
Yours truly,
Vincent Andrew Rigos
